Tigelada
Ingredients:
9 eggs
300 g of brown sugar
1 glass of port wine
1 liter of milk
grated peel of 1 lemon/lime
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of maizena (corn starch)
Preparations:
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the port, cinnamon and honey and beat well. Finally add the milk, lemon peel and corn starch. Mix all the ingredients well and put it in an oiled casserole dish, preferably clay. Bake in hot oven at 250º till the top is golden-brown.
